What can I expect at an appointment?
When you arrive for your tests/treatment, we will greet you to discuss your testing. We will examine you as quick as possible – we have no wait time.
What happens if I am a new client?
You may have referred yourself, have been referred by another specialist or by Google Search. We will discuss your problem and ask about your medical history. We will provide tests to assist and support our diagnosis.
If you have previous tests related to your current condition, please bring those along to the consultation. Also bring any copies of letters from other doctors or recent medication. It will help us to help you.
We will discuss with you the results of your tests and we will recommend the proper treatment and any supplements. Some conditions may be faced immediately. Alternatively we will indicate a future date and time of your next appointment for more analysis. We always recommend a future appointment to assess your progress.
What facilities or machines do you use?
We use one of the worlds best allergens testing device that provides Allergy test results to over 1,000 allergens.
Do you examine children at your clinic?
Yes.
A qualified allergist is immediately available if needed.
What if I need specialist treatment?
If we are to find anything of a serious matter we would discuss with you during your test examination.
Does the testing hurt? Needles?
No, our testing is non-obtrusive and totally pain free.
Will I need more treatments?
We would strongly recommend you return for a follow up test after 8 weeks (2 months) so we can monitor your progress and provide you with advice on the safe re-introduction of foods into your diet.
I'm on medication, does it matter?
Our diagnostic treatment therapy is combined with traditional medicine so will not affect you at all.
